On the way to the hospital, my dog Austin pooed in my car. The lady at the desk greeted me, assured me after I shared my dilemna, and gave me gloves and towels (wet) for clean up. The doctor on duty introduced himself and explained his plan of action after checking on Austin. He was very nice and professional. The itemized bill was high but it was worth the visit. The following day, the staff called and informed us about Austin’s blood work results even if the results are normal. I truly recommend this hospital and the staff for your pets’ needs.
